Vehicle overview
BMW’s X7’s premium SUV lineup offers class-leading interior designs, acres of interior space for families up to seven and some of the best on-road dynamics of any large SUV on the road today. Thanks to BMW’s inherently sporty DNA, the X7 provides excellent handling and a plush ride that give it serious versatility for families, with the option of three engines. There’s a pair of 3.0-litre turbocharged inline six-cylinder petrol and diesel units powering the xDrive40i and xDrive40d, respectively, as well as a fire-breathing 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 powering the X7 M60i that pushes out 390kW of power and a monstrous 750Nm of torque. Inside, the X7’s opulent cabin comes filled with luxurious materials and BMW’s latest infotainment technology, with a spacious second row and a kid-friendly third row that make it a particularly family-friendly proposition in the luxury SUV segment. There’s 300L of boot space with the third row in play, expanding to a vast 2,120L with both rows folded, meaning there’s few family tasks the X7 can’t keep up with, thanks to its large footprint and BMW’s excellent interior designs.
