Vehicle overview
The GR Supra represents a major return to sports coupe glory after Toyota retired the fourth-generation Supra more than two decades ago. While it’s come leaps and bounds in terms of technology, Toyota stuck with its original design for the GR Supra, installing a powerful engine at the front, sending all of that power to the rear wheels and giving buyers the option of a six-speed manual transmission. The Supra’s 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six pushes out 285kW of power and 500Nm of torque which, combined with its lightweight 1,500kg construction, allows it to sprint to 100km/h in just 4.4 seconds.
