The Volvo EX90 is a groundbreaking vehicle for the company. You can think of it as a battery-electric successor to the iconic XC90, with its long wheelbase platform offering a three-row cabin for up to seven people. Inside, the EX90’s cabin looks fantastic, with Volvo’s clean interior layout headlined by a massive 14.5-inch infotainment tablet in the centre console and no shortage of storage options for growing families. With a very generous second row and kid-friendly third row, the EX90 makes light work of large families and offers between 311L worth of boot space in a seven-seat layout, expanding to 655L with five seats standing. Under the floor, there’s a massive 111kWh battery pack offering up to 570km worth of range per charge, with rapid DC fast-charging speeds up to 250kW that bring the pack from 10 - 80 per cent in a claimed 30 minutes. Power comes supplied by a pair of electric motors that give the EX90 an all-wheel drive layout, with the base model kicking out a mighty impressive 300kW of power and 770Nm of torque, increasing to 380kW/910Nm in the case of the EX90 Ultra Twin Motor Performance.
