The process is simple and easy. Seamus was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. The outcome was positive and they negotiated a good price. Using this process was worthwhile.

Efficient and knowledgeable

We recently had dealings with Seamus from onlineauto.com.au for the purchase of a new car. We found him to be very efficient and knowledgeable. Very courteous and prompt in getting back to us when needed. He did a lot of work to secure the best possible price for us. We switched models, had we not then his effort and money saving deal we would have accepted it. I would recommend Seamus and this company to anyone who needs a new vehicle.

Always kept us informed

We had an excellent experience when dealing with Online Auto and Seamus. Seamus definitely saved us thousands off the price of a Mazda CX60, much more than we could have negotiated ourselves including the price of the car we wanted to trade in. Seamus always kept us informed during the process and was very quick to get back to us if we had a question.

This is my second purchase through a broker and this latest experience with OnlineAuto was as seamless as the first. Why would you even entertain dealing with car dealers when this option is available to you- a no-brainer. After a serious accident and needing to acquire a replacement vehicle fast, Jay was there to provide fast, super efficient guidance over the phone whilst we were traveling home in a loan vehicle, with a substantial discount to-boot. I have purchased two cars using this service. I identify and research the vehicle I have wanted and simply gave them the details and they chase up the deal. I am very happy to say the price was excellent

Excellent service, I dealt mainly with Seamus, but if Craig or any of the other staff members answered the phone, they were across who you were and what your needs were. Finding the vehicle I wanted with anything less than a three-month delivery date proved quite difficult. But with a little toing and froing and a bit of compromise, a vehicle with a much earlier delivery date was sourced. I am very happy to say the price was excellent, and I would have no hesitation of using the group again or recommending them to my family or friends.
