New Pajero Sport
Pleasantly surprised how good it was to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. Daniel managed to get a good saving on a new car, being honest about expected delivery, no nonsense like you would get from the average car salesman. Would highly recommend Daniel if you need help purchasing a new car.

Absolutely pleasant booking experience
I have just booked a new Mitsubishi Outlander 2023 Exceed with Daniel from OnlineAuto and I must say I have had the best booking experience. I rang them on their 1300 number and shared the details of the car I am looking to buy. Daniel reverted within 24 hours with the earliest stock availability options (it's July 2023 though, but that's pretty much what I got from 3 dealerships I had already enquired with) and a quote which is less than the best price I got from the dealerships. I highly recommend OnlineAuto team for your new car purchase. I will extend my review/feedback when I get the car delivered by the dealership.

Amazing Service
Every single representative I spoke with from OnlineAuto was friendly, helpful and professional. Glynn handled my case and kept me informed every step of the way. They liaison with finance loan companies for you, taking out the middle person so that you don't need to stress as much. I appreciate everything they are doing for their customers.

Very happy with fast and efficient service.
I've always hated the process of buying a new car, but I was really pleased with what was an easy process this time. Craig took care of everything and then came back with a price $1,000's under RRP as well as being super-responsive. Highly recommend.

Great service, very fast response
A very professional and fuss free purchasing experience. It was an easy call with make, model, colour. Craig came back with a cracking price, much lower than haggling yourself. This has saved me thousands. Highly recommend, I will use them again.

Simple Easy, Good Deal and Fast Delivery.
Could not be happier with the whole process. I have waited till now (December 2022) to review as I am sure there must have been a catch - but nope -> none!! Back in June, I researched the car I wanted, including test drive at the local dealership (Subaru Outback). Filled out Form online -> and Craig from OnlineAuto.com.au contacted me with 15 mins to confirm my request. Within 24 hours Craig had sourced a dealership that could deliver the vehicle to my door, with my requested options, for cheaper than the dealership could offer (ie RRP). It was that simple - no sales pitches, no haggling with sales people etc. Bonus - The car was promised by end of September, but was delivered at end of August! (and end of September was quicker than dealership, that they could deliver by end of November). The car was transported by truck to my house, with registration in my name. I took the car for its one month first service/check - no issues - all legit and registered in Subaru's system. The car was not delivered with the requested cargo mat - but after a couple of months waiting (stock shortage), the part was sent from dealership with no hassles. I would do this again to buy a new car in the future.

New car discount even in tight market
Looking for a Toyota Prado in the current market with dealers not interested in doing work to get a sale. Glynn from OnlineAuto stepped in an got a discounted price over $3k off the dealer within a day. Process couldn't have been easier with Glynn to get the discount, order the car and close the sale. Perfect way to buy a car
Dealing with onlineauto takes the hassle out of buying a new car. Daniel did all the hard work and despite being scarce, sourced the car I wanted. Didn't even have to leave home. Great service. Have purchased two previous cars this way and will do so in the future.
