How to word my experience.... Amazingly seamless! I just love it when a service and sales business runs exactly that way. Service first, always. Then sales.
After our first chat, Glynn had a car for me within a day! He explained what the next steps would be and what the contract would contain. He didn't hassle me when I took a week to decide. He knew how big a decision this was for me. Thank you so much to Glynn for being aware of what type of buyer I am and giving me the time to decide. And obviously for doing the leg work for me!! 

So Easy!

After a few phone calls with Craig I now have a car on order. Friendly & honest service, I was provided with options for cars with differing timeframes and prices and was able to select my choice with ease and the rest was sorted out for me.
Looking forward to a big Christmas present this year!

Skip the dealer - these guys will source you a brand new car and do the tricky negotiation on your behalf. On top of that, it'll be delivered to your door. Cannot wait for my i30 Sedan N-Line, which I secured for over $1K less - impressive considering the demand. Will update this review when I receive the car.

So Easy. Saved heaps on my new Ute.

I have held off writing a review until my car was actually delivered. It just seemed to easy to be true. But it wasn’t. I have my new triton in the shed and am very happy. Saved a heap on other prices I had been quoted. This is a service that makes buying a car very straight forward.
No issues, no drama with the purchase at all. Car delivered as promised. Highly recommend this as the way to buy a new car.

Craig was friendly and professional and got me a great deal. He also got a couple of trade in valuations in good time which gives a yard stick on expected change over pricing. Big shout out to Daniel at OnlineAuto. THANKS for the help and consideration as i considered another vehicle after making the initial inquiry.
I reverted to the original vehicle after some weeks and Daniel was on top it and refreshed the quote without bother. Saved me some real money compared to the quotes I had received, and was much less hassle/pressure than at a dealership.

Within less than 24 hours of submitting our initial request to OnlineAuto we were contacted by Glynn who was very friendly, polite and efficient. Glynn contacted us again early the next day to inform us of a dealership who could supply us with the new vehicle we wanted but significantly cheaper than what we were quoted elsewhere. I have had to contact Glynn by phone with other enquires over the last couple days, again he has been courteous and nothing is too much trouble for him. Although delivery of our vehicle is still some time off we have been confidently informed we will be kept up to date with developments along the way. Thank you for your promptness in finding the vehicle we are seeking but at a much reduced price.
