Great way to buy a new car without dealing with the vultures circling you in the car yard

Probably the easiest way to purchase a new car, Craig did all the haggling and got a pretty good price.

Once the deal was accepted the paperwork was signed online, all done!

Craig from OnlineAuto was great. We simply told him which spec car we wanted and he came back the next day with a great price, much lower than we’d been offered by a dealer the day before. Once the deal was accepted the paperwork was signed online, all done! Do yourself a favour and look around at the cars and decide exactly what you want, colour, spec, options, transmission, floormats etc, saves both you and the people at online auto time.

Put the fun back in buying a car

Thanks to Daniel the purchase of my very first new car was as easy as making a phone call. Within 24 hours of our first conversation I received a call from the dealer asking for my details to finalise the contract. No fuss, no muss, everything was in order and with a discount on top of it. I won't even have to leave the house, the car will be delivered right onto my driveway, and much sooner than what the local dealer told me the best he could do.

He found me the car I was after

After being mocked about by a number of car salesmen in a strong sellers market, Daniel was a fantastic help. He found me the car I was after, in the colour I wanted, much quicker than any nearby dealerships could with an extra $2000 discount! He was very easy to deal with and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

I thought I'd be a nice bloke and buy my wife of 46 years her first new car. I was going to be clever and get ourselves a 'deal' through a major car yard. I planned to have a list of what I wanted with it. We all know the drill, how to handle car sales people.
Coulda listened to John Cadogan after watching heaps of his TV episodes about all things 'cars', but I didn't. I walked in blind to the car yard and (come in spinner) we signed on the dotted line without any discounts at all. I shoulda been belted around the ears for forgetting John's advice.

Once bitten.

I later decided to spend some of the kids inheritance, for once to enjoy the results of our 'going without all those years to provide for the kids'. This time it will be to get MY new toy. Bit embarrassed when I rang John Cadogan's number and got onto OnlineAuto. Ended up speaking with Craig Nicholson. It was like speaking with my long-lost best mate. Craig made me feel welcome and at ease. He listened and wasn't judgmental about me not using their service for The Better Half's car.

Then came my periods of indecision. Never had a new car, so which one do I want? What do I do. Will I by this model, or the other?

Couldn't recommend Glynn more highly (Saved me a total of $7.5k)

Glynn was fantastic. He helped me save an additional $3.5k off the "best" discounted price I got from the local dealers for a new Prado. He was extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly transparent! He never made me feel pressured and always prioritiesed my best interest. Glynn was incredibly knowledgeable! I had researched everything until the cows came home, but on the first call Glynn gave me some great advice about a third party lift and GVM upgrade that I had planned to have done pre registration, saving me an additional $4k in luxury car tax. and the best part is that I still end up with exactly what I would have bought anyway just with an extra $7,500 in my pocket. Truly above and beyond customer service. Most valuable phone call I've ever made. Definitely call up and ask for Glynn if you're in the market for a new car.

The most extraordinary experience I've had when purchasing a car

After experiencing and hearing so many bad stories about pushy car salespeople - Glynn from OnlineAuto.com.au couldn't have been more helpful and honest with my purchase. The new car will arrive shortly (a couple of months). I'll update this review on the whole experience once I take delivery of the car. The savings Glynn was able to provide was outstanding (Highly recommended).

I have nothing but positive things to say about Daniel Wright. Responsive, honest and reliable. To top it all off he has provisioned an absolute cracker of a deal (saving 3k) for me. The best part: I had walked in the same dealership through which he got that deal without any hassle to me. I would highly recommend their service.

Best way to buy a car

I test drove a number of cars and reached out for brokerage assistance via John Cadogan's Autoexpert. This was a Saturday night. By Monday morning Dom called me to chat further and by COB Monday he had a price. This was so quick it blew my mind. It was my first time buying a new car and Dom and the team managed to save me thousands on a new forester. I cant wait to pick it up and cannot recommend this team strongly enough. They've also referred me onto their car loan partners who i am currently working with.

Next time I buy a car or a friend/colleague is looking, I will 100% refer them to this business. Dealing with dealerships yourself is for mugs!

Very helpful and was able to find the best deal in a short amount of time!

Car buying post COVID has been very stressful. Prices are pretty much firm and haggling wasn't my strong suite. We wanted a Hybrid but Semiconductor shortage happened - I pretty much gave up on looking and settled for ICE and decided to try OnlineAuto's services. Glad I did as Vuong Tran has been very helpful and was able to find the best deal in a short amount of time!
