Great and Fast Service

After a few frustrating discussions directly with dealers, Daniel at OnlineAuto.com.au was a breath of fresh air. Got back to me promptly and clearly explained each step and ended up with a great deal and the order placed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend Glynn more highly (Saved me a total of $7.5k)

Glynn was fantastic. He helped me save an additional $3.5k off the "best" discounted price I got from the local dealers for a new Prado. He was extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly transparent! He never made me feel pressured and always prioritiesed my best interest. Glynn was incredibly knowledgeable! I had researched everything until the cows came home, but on the first call Glynn gave me some great advice about a third party lift and GVM upgrade that I had planned to have done pre registration, saving me an additional $4k in luxury car tax. and the best part is that I still end up with exactly what I would have bought anyway just with an extra $7,500 in my pocket. Truly above and beyond customer service. Most valuable phone call I've ever made. Definitely call up and ask for Glynn if you're in the market for a new car.

The most extraordinary experience I've had when purchasing a car

After experiencing and hearing so many bad stories about pushy car salespeople - Glynn from OnlineAuto.com.au couldn't have been more helpful and honest with my purchase. The new car will arrive shortly (a couple of months). I'll update this review on the whole experience once I take delivery of the car. The savings Glynn was able to provide was outstanding (Highly recommended).

I have nothing but positive things to say about Daniel Wright. Responsive, honest and reliable. To top it all off he has provisioned an absolute cracker of a deal (saving 3k) for me. The best part: I had walked in the same dealership through which he got that deal without any hassle to me. I would highly recommend their service.

Best way to buy a car

I test drove a number of cars and reached out for brokerage assistance via John Cadogan's Autoexpert. This was a Saturday night. By Monday morning Dom called me to chat further and by COB Monday he had a price. This was so quick it blew my mind. It was my first time buying a new car and Dom and the team managed to save me thousands on a new forester. I cant wait to pick it up and cannot recommend this team strongly enough. They've also referred me onto their car loan partners who i am currently working with.

Next time I buy a car or a friend/colleague is looking, I will 100% refer them to this business. Dealing with dealerships yourself is for mugs!

Very helpful and was able to find the best deal in a short amount of time!

Car buying post COVID has been very stressful. Prices are pretty much firm and haggling wasn't my strong suite. We wanted a Hybrid but Semiconductor shortage happened - I pretty much gave up on looking and settled for ICE and decided to try OnlineAuto's services. Glad I did as Vuong Tran has been very helpful and was able to find the best deal in a short amount of time!

Any contract changes I requested was done and any follow ups also taken care of. If you're in the market for a new car, give these guys a go before you go from dealer to dealer to get the best price.

Great Money Saver

No deals being offered on the car we wanted with a highly inflated delivery charge. Daniel was able to find a dealer within 2 days with a saving of $1800. Don't bother ringing around. Use Daniel. Highly recommended.

First time user, won't be the last time!

As soon as I submitted a query (via FB), within 5 mins I received a call from the OA team - a super quick response so very pleased about that. Dealing with Glynn, it was then a seamless, stress free process. From discussing my SUV options, to listening to his recommendations/feedback and then giving him the go-ahead to place the order, it only took a few days. A couple of handy hints - it pays to have 3-4 car make options up your sleeve, as current wait times will probably impact what you end up ordering. As it stands, my car (second choice but still happy) is scheduled to arrive in Perth in January. The other hint is to consider bundling in accessories at the same time. Whether its a tow bar, car mats or a spoiler, you're likely to get a reasonable discount if you include any factory fitted extras from the get go. Happy days! This is such a good (and little known) service that I'll be recommending it to anyone I know, who is in the same boat. Thank you Glynn and the OA team - five stars.

Takes the stress out of buying a new car

Contacted through autoexpert.com.au, from first communication Glynn from OnlineAuto have been friendly, professional and he provided honest advice. Glynn managed to negotiate a significant discount on a new Subaru WRX which I thought was nigh impossible given the demand of the car itself, stock shortages and long waiting lists across the car industry in 2022, I will be using this service in the future and recommending it to others, thanks Glynn.
