I got my new car in a good time frame delivered and registered

After managing to escape the car dealers without signing anything and to be firm and polite on exit. I felt quite intimidated at buying a new car. I'm a retired female who knows nothing about cars. I follow John Cardogan on youtube I love his advice and car reviews so decided to use a broker !! Arnaud is amazing, he is very genuine and went out of his way to assist with test driving and assist me purchasing my new car! There was absolutely no pressure or hassle. I trusted him from the outset. I wasn't sure how the process worked he explained everything and he was very patient. Got a good price certainly not any more than a dealer would have charged me on his best offer, but if I didn't I would still have used Arnaud as he made it all stress free 🥴 I did get a discount. He arranged test drives for me so I didn’t get sales pressure from the car salesmen and I got my new car in a good time frame delivered and registered. I don’t see myself buying a car any other way again

I was skeptical at first, but after going to numerous dealers and getting told that there would be no discounts, I got frustrated with them and ended up contacting Arnaud who got me a great deal with all the extras I wanted. Glynn is the best! Moving countries is stressful, combined with finding a car while overseas and during the car shortage worldwide due to Covid even so much more. Long story short, mid November, need a car for a specific date beginning of January. Glynn found the car I was looking for. The car had not even been manufactured, however it did arrive and was delivered on the date it was needed. All I can say is Glynn knows his business, has the contacts and can make it happen. 10/10 for Glynn and OnlineAuto. Great result.

I just had my best car buying experience ever with Dave Cates. After trying to negotiate with dealers in this very tight market and getting a standard "the price is the price take it or leave it" Dave got me a cheaper price with a tow bar, roof racks and mats included.
