10/10 for Glynn and OnlineAuto

Glynn is the best! Moving countries is stressful, combined with finding a car while overseas and during the car shortage worldwide due to Covid even so much more. Long story short, mid November, need a car for a specific date beginning of January. Glynn found the car I was looking for. The car had not even been manufactured, however it did arrive and was delivered on the date it was needed. All I can say is Glynn knows his business, has the contacts and can make it happen. 10/10 for Glynn and OnlineAuto. Great result.

No fuss, no wasting hours at dealers

I just had my best car buying experience ever with Dave Cates. After trying to negotiate with dealers in this very tight market and getting a standard "the price is the price take it or leave it" Dave got me a cheaper price with a tow bar, roof racks and mats included. No fuss, no wasting hours at dealers. This is how I plan to buy all my new cars from now on.

After discussing to replace my current Patrol with the newer model Dave did all the rest. Very professional and easy to deal with. Exceptional customer service

Although I didn’t manage to secure a deal with Arnaud at OnlineAuto my consultant was exceptional in his customer service and knowledgeable on electric cars. As I was at the dealership when I got a deal I ended up taking that deal. If I wasn’t I could totally foresee myself happily going through the process with online auto. Maybe next time for sure.
